I’m Alithia (Ally) Monroe a Medical Aesthetic Advocate
helping clients navigate the world of age-management
leading them past media hype into evidence based decision making
for best aesthetic age management outcomes.
My clinical experience
in Boston Plastic Surgery and Manhattan Dermatology clinics lends me the experience to identify best practices and techniques.
Also, I tap my co-investigatory and research experience at Harvard's Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital
to help clients make safe, age management decisions
when choosing procedures: cosmetic lasers, botox, and fillers.
In 2010, I leveraged 15 years experience in Cosmetic Medicine to cofound Personal Health MD, a concierge Family Medicine practice where I was able to implement a thoughtful,
successful private pay medical office.
My clinical mentor is Boston's retired,
Plastic Surgeon William "Bill" Adams MD and
business mentors are cosmetic laser pioneer David Goldberg MD JD and
the New England Journal of Medicine Deputy editor Lindsey Baden MD.
I currently serve on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization Friendshipworks, as Board member for the Massachusetts Physician Assistant Regulatory and Licensure Board and volunteer as House Clinician for the Boston Symphony Orchestra.
Most people who have cosmetic work done are not vain youth seekers, but rather want to look ~ as the feel.
I help you map an Aesthetic Age Management Plan.
